Problems Posting a Message on the Forum?

If you are familiar with changing Cookie settings, Download the following TXT file and refer to the appropriate Browser, otherwise use the example below.

If you are having a problem posting or replying to a message on the Forum, it is very likely that your Security and/or Privacy Browser settings are too stringent. The forum "feature" requires that COOKIES are allowed but many people are wary of cookies are tend to block them all, but sometimes, this is done without realising it.

The following procedure lets you allow the required COOKIE for the forum while still maintaining your Browser's Privacy Settings. Unfortunately, I can only give you the procedure for Windows Explorer, however, most Browsers will have a similar structure.

Firstly, go to the "TOOLS" option in the Browser menu and open "INTERNET OPTIONS"

Select the "PRIVACY" option and then select "EDIT" or "SITES" depending on Windows version.

Enter the following web address as indicated below (yourwebapps.com) and
click on "ALLOW" and then click "OK".

You will be returned to the previous screen where you can click on "OK" again to save the settings. You may be give the option to click "APPLY" but once you've clicked "OK", the new settings will be saved.

To ensure the settings work properly, you must close and re-launch your Browser.
